One good monster and one bad monster haunt Lake Lobo. Kevin is fortunate enough to escape the bad monster's grip.
Kevin is the main character in this story. The theme is good versus evil. The story moves quickly and keeps the reader in suspense. I usually do not like graphic novels, but this one has won me over because it flows well and tells the story without a lot of fluff.

By Anna, age 10: Jimmy Sniffles is a boy who solves mysteries by using his nose to sniff out clues. In this book Jimmy has to figure out where the mummy went and what happened to all of its treasures. The illustrations really add to the story and I like the comic book format, but I feel that the story should have been longer because I got really into the book. Good thing there are other Jimmy Sniffles books. The book also includes information about real mummies, questions for you to think show more about, and ideas to help you write your own story. Check it out at your local library. show less
Completely silly but engaging. This will appeal to young princess fans who are ready for something more wordy than readers!
A fun tale of time travel and dealing with friends who can't be counted on. The illustrations great.
