This book has really encouraged me and got me excited about eating healthier.I love this book for the simple fact it shows you an easy method of cooking without all the processed foods. When I look for a cookbook the top things I look for are quick and easy recipes. This cookbook delivers both.

This cookbook is not only for arthritis but anyone who is dealing with any kind of inflammation. Really anyone who just wants to eat healthier. The author suggests finding out what foods trigger your inflammation and then avoiding those foods. I have personally made three of the recipes out of the cookbook and will continue to use those recipes. I did add garlic to one because it is not a trigger food for me and I wanted to add more flavor. You can tweak the recipes to your liking as long as your not adding a food that is going to trigger your pain.

an interesting book about the psychology of happiness and what you need to know to be happy. The author spends way too much time bashing conventional psychology and psychotherapy for my taste, but there's some good material here.
