Published by Kregel Publishers, I had to return my first copy because pages were falling out of the binding as I read through the book. I lost 25 pages out of the binding. Because I had purchased the book through Christian Book Distributers, they replaced the volume for me; I still had to pay shipping though! The book is not chronoloically organized, but is more or less thematic with chronology a close second. The book is not a light reading, but worth it (so far).
