This book delved more into the impact of sleep disorders in various commercial industries than I would have cared to know. Now I will forever be terrified when driving on the freeway. There was some information relevant to me and now I know I only have three sleep disorders to worry about.

Excellent book. I think everyone should read it. Author Roger Fritz does an awesome job describing what a positive attitude is and how to develop one if one's attitude is not positive. I plan on rereading this again .Having a positive is so vital to our everyday lives, living , and jobs. I especially found helpful the section on communicating effectively and becoming a better listener. Attitude is everything!
