What you would expect from a writer from Cracked.com.

Interesting at first, but far too long for the same Internet jokes over and over.

The Matrix meets Steppenwolf meets Cory Doctorow. Not entirely bad use of language but has nonsensical gaps in the plot and cop out resolution. Easy read, full of pop-culture references, if you like that sort of thing. But in the end I felt like if I was going to spend time with a book this one shouldn't have been it.

The best thing about this book is that only people of a certain age will truly understand it.

Satirical, full of geeky jokes, and heart-wrenching. I smiled or flat out laughed through most of the book. Then questioned my life at the end. Yet still I raced to GoodReads to throw out some random comments about what I thought, to an invisible audience. Well played Mr Gladstone, well played.
