Putting It All Together : The New Orthomolecular Nutrition by Abram Hoffer

A good book with lots of information about why so many of us don't feel at optimum health. Lots of info on what different vitamins and minerals do for us and the proper dosages. I have a friend who saw Dr. Hoffer and is treating schizophrenia entirely by orthomolecular nutrition and is doing fabulous. He really knows what he is talking about even though most of the medical establishment won't give him the time of day.
