This is a very interesting book! I am definitely going to be trying some of the recipes!

There were some good looking recipes in here. I'm glad he wrote this book in a fast, faster, fastest manner. When I used to get his magazine the recipes were ridiculous with 20-30 steps. There were enough recipes in here that I'll add the actual book to my bday list. I got this book from the library.

Basically, this cookbook covers baking, fruit-related things, apples and turkey. I'd like to try a lot of the breads and many of the cakes. There's cutesy "country-folk" stories that I'm not really interested in because they often don't relate to the food at all.

I checked this book out of the library. Often, cookbooks I check out result in a few recipes I'd like to cook but are mostly MEH. However, after looking at all the recipes in this book, I immediately purchased a copy for myself. I want to make ALL OF IT!!! Working my way through this cookbook and pairing it with things from The Bread Bible is going to be my winter project. I am quite excited!!
