I was ok, covered a wide range of subtopics but a lot of was obvious or highly subjective.
Well illustrated and with a very good cross check chart at the back this is an ideal book for the beginner. Has several massage methods listed as well from a full massage to short self-massages to specific massages for specific ailments.
