LOVED this book. Its a long book, but its organized so well. Especially appreciate the lengths this author went to to make this book friendly to read for neurospicy people, breaking up sections, making the shorter, offering lots of opportunities to pause/stop/put a bookmark in it, without feeling like you'll forget where you left off.

I felt seen and understood by this book, and it also helped me to understand more about my ADHD. I will probably buy this book at some point (library user).
