It is the tale of heroic British Space Pilot Jeff Hawke and his band as they encounter evil megalomaniac Chalcedon or Aladdin's lamp. With plenty of bumbling government types and officious judges along the way. Sort of Star Trek meets The Avengers. The stories are great fun and, considering the constraint of a daily strip they are very involved. The sort of thing no one would even contemplate these days. Well worth it.… (more)
