Roger Radcliffe (Ben Wright) and his wife, Anita (Lisa Davis), raise two dalmatians, Pongo (Rod Taylor) and Perdita (Cate Bauer). After Perdita delivers a litter of fifteen puppies, Anita's former schoolmate, Cruella De Vil (Betty Lou Gerson) demands the Radcliffe's sell their small pups to her. Pongo and Perdita soon realize that they have added eighty-six additional puppies along with their own that they must care for.
