Windows® Internals, Part 1: Covering Windows Server®… by Mark Russinovich

A nice little update to Windows Internals 5th edition. It feels like they put in a lot more windbg examples which is nice. Not as many changes between vista and Win7/2008R2 so the updates weren't huge, but they were valuable. Very excited for Part 2.

Microsoft Windows Internals (4th Edition): Microsoft… by Mark E. Russinovich

Initially I viewed this book as not full of really useful information(though it had loads of details), However; as I have gotten deeper into playing int he windows kernel this book is becoming invaluable. It has many detail that become exteremely valuable to people playing withing the windows kernel.
Not useful for people who are casual programmers but truely a great book for those who do kernel programming/hacking.
