I really enjoyed this book. It was a prefect fandom adventure. I loved did like the main character she grew on me. I love the romance that developed. The main character took me so time to like but by the end i was engaged. I loved the fandom elements and also the relationship between her and sarah it added a unexpected reality to the story. I loved the elements of cyber bulling and the impact it can have on characters. I also thought the family dynamics were so fun to read about. I liked the pop culture ties in but the revel of who the stalker was feel a bit flat for me. Overall a fun read.

Internet Famous by Danika Stone

Usually, I adore YA books and I thought the concept around this one was great. The problem for me and where it fell short was it just did not feel believable. I really had a lot of trouble with the characters and the parental figures. Honestly, I don't know if it improved but I had to stop reading halfway through. It was just impossible for me to get into. I have read a lot of other great reviews of this book, so maybe it just wasn't for me.

Thank you NetGalley and Macmillan Children's Publishing Group for the opportunity to read this book in exchange for an honest review.

I've been on a geeky YA kick lately, and this was just what I needed. In All the Feels, Stone shows the power of fandom as community and a support network. I loved how the author showed fandom as empowering, both individually and as a collective.

I loved that this story was inspired by the #CoulsonLives movement. I definitely saw the real world connections coming through in the made-up SF series and convention life. (Side note: Never been to DragonCon; probably never will because whoa boy, too many people!) I love the shout-outs to various parts of geek culture, and the acknowledgement that while we all are fans of different things and have our own sub-communities, we are all part of this larger family that is (usually) very welcoming and accepting.

I started this book late at night knowing that I probably wouldn't get much sleep. I was right. I sped through this in one reading and loved it.
