Ranting against organic gummi bears. Who wouldn't see the ridiculousness of organic gummi bears? Like organic gummi bears, this book lacks any substance.

The book felt more like watching a stand up comedian touching on the topics of parenthood. Well, more than just touching, she was blasting and venting through topics. I give the book two stars because mainly I wish I spent my time not reading this book.

This laugh outloud book on how to survive toddlerhood needs to be read by every parent. The advice and anecdotes in this book will have you shelving your mommy-guilt, and feeling good about your parenting skills. It is a quick read, and you can start at any chapter. Warning there is a lot of cursing, but I don't mind it because my cursing quotient has gone up now that I have two little ones.

Hilarious. I wish I read this while pregnant because she has lots of good observations that ring true. It was nice to know that someone else found the humor in pregnancy!

Made me think of Erma Bombeck, the 80's newspaper columnist who found humor in the everyday world of motherhood and marriage. Made me miss her gentle warmth too.

I received this book for free through Goodreads First Reads program.
