- The premise of the series is that various people are engaging in the role-playing game Spells, Swords & Stealth. This is the frame for the main action. The game world has an existence of its own in which non-player characters (NPCs), who perform the routine tasks of running taverns, shooing horses, etc., live. Adventurers, avatars of the participants in the role-playing game, appear in this world. When a band of adventurers dies unexpectedly, a group of NPCs is forced to take their place to save their town. (English, Unclassified)
