It wasn't just about the music. The exhibit did a great job of covering and presenting all aspects of the 60s, including politics, social unrest, war, literature, culture, fashion, etc. Personally, though, it was about the music. I wasn't really old enough to be all that aware of or thoughtful about the rest of it....
