I love to read, although my taste is eclectic. I have an enormous collection of books, and not enough bookshelves to hold them all. I am especially fond of Phyllis Whitney, Mary Stewart, and Tamora Pierce's Circle of Magic series. Laura Ingalls Wilder is a childhood favorite, and I've worn out several sets of her books with rereading. My favorite things to read are mystery short stories by just about any author, and I have a fairly large collection of short story anthologies. I've cataloged about half of my books, and eventually hope to get them all done. My goal is to try to get all of them entered as I unpack and shelve them after this move!

I'm a housewife, and I love staying home taking care of my house and making things cozy. :) Although we weren't blessed with children, we do have cats that help fill that empty spot.
