My favorite books are historical fiction, memoirs, biographies, literature, fiction, mysteries, cookbooks, faith-based, fashion-related, and anything about France.

About Me

I am a voracious reader, currently reading over 100 books a year. I write reviews of these books and post here on LibraryThing, as well as Amazon, Kobo, BookBub, Goodreads, Barnes & Noble, Books-A-Million, Waterstone's, and NetGalley. I also discuss and recommend books on Facebook pages such as A Novel Bee, Women Reading Great Books, The Girlfriend Book Club, Bloom with Tall Poppy Writers, The Book Club Cookbook, Fiction From the Heart, Cozy Mystery Review Crew, and the Beekeeper's Apprentices.


I have been a member of a book club since 2009. I organize our annual book choices, which we all vote on to decide what we'll read each year. We read fiction, memoirs, biographies, historical fiction, best sellers and classics.

My favorite genres are historical fiction, memoirs, biographies, literature, fiction, cookbooks, cozies, mysteries, faith-based, fashion-related, and anything about France!

I prefer paper vs. ebooks but will read any way I can. I can't fall asleep at night without reading first.
