Excuus Nederlandse lezers: ik heb hier gekozen voor engels om praktische redenen; een internationale boekensite en mijn boekenverzameling in 4 talen. Was even slikken want ik ben geen voorstander van de angelsaksische cultuur/taalinvasie die de laatste jaren over ons wordt uitgestort.
Er is niets mis met Nederlands en bovendien smaakt wijn me beter dan cola.
About Me: I am an enthousiastic cook, very interested in food/culinary history, food technology etc. Ethnobotany (the role and use of plants in human life)is another favourite subject. My wife and I design gardens (that explains the larger amount of garden books) And there are many more subjects of interest in my life!
