About My Library: I love world literature, American classics, short fiction, and travel memoirs. When I was younger, I read a lot of 18th and 19th-century British lit, and it's still a favorite although I haven't read much of it lately. I try to read in Spanish when I can, hence, some of the more obscure Spanish language works in my collection. By necessity, I have read a lot of medical texts...many more than are listed here. Recently, I've developed a fondness for postmodern literature, and I'm truly amazed by some of the young, up-and-coming authors out there right now.
About Me: As a medical student, I don't have as much time to read for pleasure as I would like. (I'm writing this on my single day off this week!) But, I definitely value a good book and try to read whenever I can. I love traveling, the outdoors, independent films, people watching, art museums, the country, dive bars, urban art, my family, pink pearl erasures, and eating mangos.
