Janet believes that frequently reading to your children is an excellent way to bond and connect with them. Reading is not only educational, but it can also be used as a tool to encourage conversations about tough topics such as: Bullying, Facing Your Fears, Accepting differences, Compassion For Others, etc. Janet began writing children’s books shortly after her first grandchild was born. Over the last eight years she has written three books and just recently, with the help of Blueberry Illustrations, she has published her first book, and is looking forward to publishing many more.
