About meI am currently exploring different social networking sites for readers and geeks. I am also obsessively building a database for my millions of comics. These things have been impeding my progress on entering my books into LibraryThing; mostly because I have many pre-ISBN texts that I must add manually. When I have more of my collection done, though, I'll say more about myself.

About my libraryOn my shelves at home, it's sort of idiosyncratically organized by subject. Though I own a lot of books, it's not as many as I would like, and it probably constitutes less than half of all the books I've ever read. I have weak spots for SF (of all sub-genres) and French existentialism, and books about exploration; be it outer space, underwater, or the polar extremes. I also am interested in surrealist games, the sublime, letters and epistolary novels, modernism, post-modernism, Broadview paperbacks, literary criticism, philosophy of aesthetics, mathematics, and anything a little meta. Oh, and comics; as literature and language.
