- About Me
I'm a 79-year-old woman, living in Haarlem, the Netherlands, since June 2021. I've been a librarian, translator and proofreader - work I still like to do, when something happens to cross my path. I'm interested in many things, i.e. in the arts as well as in philosophy, history, biology and climate issues. I would like to get to know people with a similar mindset. I'm a member of a reading club connected to the Dutch Humanistic Alliance (Humanistisch Verbond). Since 2023 I also take part in a reading group of XR. Books like Jason Hickel's LESS IS MORE I find a must-read for everyone I mix with.
