This library is open to all members of the London Ontario Jewish community AND to all members of the public.
It is organized by the Weine classification system for Judaica libraries. Sections included are the following: fiction; non-fiction; juvenile; and reference. The library has been in existence since 1986.

At Congregation Or Shalom, we welcome all new members.

Or Shalom is a dynamic Conservative Jewish synagogue in London Ontario, affiliated with the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism. We offer a variety of religious, cultural, educational and social programs for members of all ages.

Or Shalom is an egalitarian synagogue. Women as well as men are encouraged to grow in religious practice and observance of such mitzvot as Tallit, Tefillin and Tefilah. Women are equal constituents of the minyan, participate equally with respect to the Torah and its aliyot, and serve as Shlichat Tzibur.

At Or Shalom we welcome the participation of all our members in whatever capacity they feel comfortable, including leading services, chanting a Haftarah, or receiving an aliyah.

Or Shalom is family oriented. Our junior congregation is an active participant in our Shabbat services. Our youth programs are lively, entertaining and educational. Our adult education programs are informative and enlightening.

Our round sanctuary with centre bimah is unique in its beauty and provides an intimate environment for prayer.

Our facilities are wheelchair accessible, providing ease of access to our sanctuary, our social hall and washroom facilities.

Our facilities are strictly kosher, with a meat/pareve kitchen in our main building and a dairy kitchen in the adjacent Anna Leff Youth Building.
