- About My Library
The Ottawa Trans Library is a library and community space for trans, nonbinary and gender nonconforming people. We collect books and journals on transgender subjects and people, and books written by trans and nonbinary authors. There is also an archive of publications and documents that record the history of trans people in Ottawa. Located on a main street in Ottawa's Hintonburg neighbourhood, the library is a visible presence that invites interaction with cisgender people and the larger community.
