Let me just say AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING. This is the first book in the series and I truly can't wait to finish it up. This follows the life of Seventeen year old Tess. I am really enjoying books that start off with a not so great romance, into this amazing new romance where things are just perfect. Truly a summer romance novel.

Characters were great, a bit slow to get into but all in all a great read. Looking forward to more by C.J. Duggan.
I must say that I have recently become a HUGE fan of Kate Roth's writing. Every time I read a book of hers I fall in love with the story, her characters become so realistic and I end up with a huge crush on them. This book didn't fail in that.

I am so thrilled I read this I love Nina and Kevin so much more now. Yeah, I know you read the description and was like student teacher... ehhh, I dunno.. But trust me IT is not what your thinking. This book was sweet, romantic and not what I had expected. I loved how the story keeps going back and forth sharing both Nina and Kevin's feelings for each other and how they are thinking after each of there encounters. Beautifully written, leaving me wanting more more more.. But I guess knowing that they ended up together leaves me happy. Kate thank you for yet another book that has tugged at my heart. True Love Conquers all... all i can say!
After reading the description on this book, I just knew that I would enjoy it. I mean outbreak safety.... HUGE fan of the Resident Evil movies.... so this book was like oh yea! When I received this title I instantly fell in love with the cover.. that beautiful cracked face on a stark white background is just very eye appealing in my opinion.

The characters in the book are developed very well. I loved or hated them. Instant hatred for the main male character Teo... Overbearing and come on he wants control of everything! However, my hatred for him meant he was written well enough to make me feel that way. The main female character Cheyenne or "Persophone" came across as a very well rounded character... she didn't seem overly whiny and it certainly could of been that way. Then you add in all the other "couples" and it just is a great blend of loveable or hate-able characters.

Mary Gray did an amazing job of creating this specially built world where everything is "perfect" and as you read more into it you start to see the cracks of the asthetics in the world and couples. I had a hard time putting this book down as it was very well developed and interesting.
Karen is a hilarious mother sharing her stories of raising her children, being a wife and running a household. With in your face comedy of life. This book is sure to please those who have those moements from I just want to pee alone to.... I need a vacation from my life.

These stories are sure to make you laugh, and I mean laugh till you cry or pee your pants depending on the type of laugher you are. I am rereading this book outloud to my husband as both being parents we get a kick out of the stories and moments in this book.

You will not be disappointed.
Raw story about life in the 80s right down to the parties, music and drugs that were so the norm in the time period. This story has a lot happening in it and covers a lot of subjects. It is a raw and real story so beware of that.

I received this book as an early reviewer. It's a fast read and I couldnt help but enjoyed Sal's stories as Santa.

I'm glad I got the opportunity to read this before Christmas because it was a great way to get you into the holiday spirit

This book followed the afterlife of a girl (Brie) who dies from a broken heart and I mean literally, her heart breaks in two. This is a sweet, quirky novel about what it means to move on. Brie spends most of the novel going through the various stages of grief over her own death, and though they're clearly written out in narrative and by Patrick, her guide to the afterlife, it's all very well done. It's not a perfect novel, and at times I really wanted to shake Brie and tell her to get over it, but I devoured it in one sitting

I recieved this book from LT Early Reviewers. I loved this story as I became complete enamoured with the Main character Ruby, It was well written with very realistic characters who make you love and hate them at the same time. All The makings of complex intriguing story and enjoyable all around.

I recieved this book from Early Readers Program, I did not get a chance to read the first book so I feel a bit lost in this one. I am going to go back and read it again after I get a hold of the first book.

A great book with a powerful message after tradgedy. Follow the lives of two sisters as they grieve and move on from the lose of friends in a car shooting, I personally think this has a powerful message and packed with that emotion.

I absolutely loved Angel Star, and was completely blown away by it when I read it. I think it was actually the first novel that left me stunned for a few days afterwards as it emotionally got to me. I cant say I was stunned this time around, however, I have a love hate relathionship with the book now.. In the first novel I was die hard Garreth, an amazing guardian who just made me fall head over heels for him immediately with his gentle way. In this book, I was a bit shocked to not only miss him through the book but have an extreme dislike for the way he was acting in this book. I wanted to go slap him for acting so stupid.

On the other side.. OMG Hadrian... the lovely sexy dark Hadrian YUMMMY why didnt I see this in book one? Maybe it was just the way he showed up when he was needed and so dark and mysterious, just wow. Thanks Hadrian for showing more of yourself in this book.

To wrap up, after reading this entire book in one night, I have a love for both Light (Garreth) and Dark (Hadrian) and how we all need a little of both in our lives to have a good normal balance. Jennifer another Outstanding job on this book, I am so honored to be able to do a review on these novels for you. I can't wait to see what you have in store for us next!!!
A Dystopian type romance that caught me off guard, and reeled me in. Lauren Oliver does an amazing job with her character descriptions and story lines with a smooth flow from the begging to end of the story. We meet Lena, who seems like the happy person, till her friend tells her a few simple words, things slowly sink in and you see Lena let go of the way life should be as told to her all her life and learns of what life really is. She falls in love, and learns of all the ups and downs that come with it.

A fantastic story that will captivate you and make you feel what she goes through each and every moment, learning who Lena is and what makes her tick... not to mention having Lena learn who she is herself and how much stronger she really is than shes portrayed. I would certainly recommend this to you, and look forward to getting a copy for my own bookshelf.
This sounded like another Mean Girls type of book, and honestly I almost stopped reading it about 90 pages in... I was thinking to myself OMG this girl never stops bitching and whining... however, for some reason I kept reading on and I am glad that I did. This story turned into an excellent redemption story allowing the reader to get the chance to see what happens in "Limbo" and watching the Main Character Bridget learn how she has treated everyone in her life. Giving her a last chance to rectify what she has done and a chance to get a few final moments with her love.

Cute story, with a redemption in the end definitely worth reading.
A well written story, a bit different than any I have read recently which was a nice suprise. I enjoyed the characters very much and anything with a kick butt female is always fantastic. This book is the start of a new series which I am looking forward to continue as it comes out.

Great character development as well as action packed storyline that keeps you turning the pages. I enjoyed this book thoroughly and will recommend this book to those interested in newer storylines and urban/dark fantasy book lovers.

Not my ideal book, or what I expected from the description on the back, the writing was good and it had a unique storyline, cute characters and funny throughout the book right to the very end.

This was a decent book, but really confusing not sure what to think of this.. it could fall under a few different categories.. I did enjoy the character of plum. She seemed quite real and refreshing.

This book sounded amazing, with its promise of suspense, passion, terrifying consequences... it just seemed right up my alley.

However, from the moment I started reading this... I just couldn't feel the character, nor did I care for them. I found myself actually dreading having to read more. I love finding myself getting lost in a book and with the characters, but I just couldn't with this one.

I do have to say on the positive side, that M.E. Gardner truly is a talented writer, she is good at trying to write the emotions of the characters, I myself just couldn't get into the book.

I am about half way through this book and I absolutely have loved it so far, great writing, you can feel the emotion of the characters, with all they have to go through together.
