Please suppress displaying / repeating any (series, characters, places page etc.) title if "(SORTORDER|LABEL)" is missing.

If you think an indication as "(blank)", "(empty)", a DOT or whatever is usefull that's OK for me.

A workaround is to use "(|)" as "(SORTORDER|LABEL)" .
