About:
Page: Mijn profiel (Your Profile) Rondleidingspagina (Take a tour page)
http://www.librarything.nl/tour/6 (http://www.librarything.com/tour/6)

4rth sentence: ...Tijdgeest (Zeitgeist)
In English the word Zeitgeist is highlighted and there is a shortlink. In Dutch (Tijdgeest) it isn't highlighted in blue and isn't conected with http://www.librarything.nl/zeitgeist. From the take a tour page: Mijn profiel (Your Profile) it isn't possible to go directly to http://www.librarything.nl/zeitgeist

Is there somebody who can get this right? Please do so

No, it's a bug that removes some tags when you save changes. It should be taken to the Bug Collectors Group.

I notice, by the way, that you don't always just translate, but you rewrite texts and add extra information. I'm not sure you are allowed to do that.

(Or?)

Hello Anglemark

See message 79 on topic http://www.librarything.nl/topic/108328#2495647

In that message you can see the improved translations I suggested for the Dutch 'take a tour' pages. It's not rewriting but improving the wrong translations. In one case I've added some text, but that's only for the Dutch readers.

In this case I'm sure this is not a bug which removes some tags when you save changes. On that particulair Dutch page the shortlink for the word Tijdgeest is just missing and I don't know how to make this.

Hello, Guurtje!

Yes, it is a bug. If you look at http://se.librarything.com/tour/6 or http://www.librarything.fr/tour/6 , you will see the same thing. When you save your translations, in some texts HTML tags disappear. This is one of those places.

It is the same on the http://www.librarything.nl/quickstart.php page, where all the Meer: Zie pagename of Help. links disappear. And it's the same on many more LibraryThing pages, unfortunately.

(Yes, it was the added text with the link to the Koninklijke Bibliotheek I noticed. I didn't know we were allowed to add extra text like that, but I guess perhaps we are.)

Hello Anglemark

Now I see, btw thanks for explaining a little bit more. I wil start a new topic under Bugs Collector. http://www.librarything.nl/topic/109219

As you can see in my message >79 I proposed the extra text first and Brightcopy didn't made any remarks against it, that's why I placed it only on the Dutch tour site.
