The Hobbit has duplicate listing for Adaptation relationship

Look at The Hobbit. Under the relationships it says:
Has the adaptation

The Hobbit: A Graphic Novel by J. R. R. Tolkien
The Hobbit: A Graphic Novel by J. R. R. Tolkien
The Hobbit: A 3-D Pop-Up Adventure by J. R. R. Tolkien
Both of the first two works point to the same place.

Likewise, if you go to that link, it says:
Is an adaptation of

The Hobbit by J. R. R. Tolkien
The Hobbit by J. R. R. Tolkien
It should not be possible to make the same relation to the same book twice.

Please don't fix these yet until Tim weighs in

It's a combination issue. I am still awaiting more opinions on what should happen when works are combined.

This is the same bug as I offered back on this thread here. Adaptions create multiple links. Not sure why.
