I think there might be two topics about this now. I'm not sure why that happened.......

I think this topic is just about Harry and his anger.
Which by the way are way out of control!! Would you stay friends with Harry after the seventh book??

well it was stressful, but i think he was trying too hard to be a hero, i think. I do think he is just a kid with an unlucky fate and reeeeally devoted friends!! not to be a downer, but i think its true!

Yeah and he is really too stressed about every little thing! He should really lighten up, especially around his friends! I mean, he's not going to have people that actually like him with his attitude!

definitely!!! in my opinion, he can be tough for the ministry, but maybe a little lighter around his friends... for the lovers of the movie, i thought the scene where he dances with hermione was random and completely out of character.

Yeah. A little too nice if you know what I mean! ;)

Um, I think he got his anger problems coz of Voldemort messing with his mind. And he was mad at the world in general- The Ministry, for not believing him, Voldermort, for killing his parents, everyone, for expecting him to be, again, the Boy Who Lives. And then Dumbledore, too, in the 7th book, for kinda abandoning him. Especially when he finds out he'd told Snape to kill him.
I say he has pretty legit reasons.

i guess, but he could have attempted to play "the nice guy" and maybe the ministry would have believed in him better. just saying.

Maybe if his parents had lived he would be different??
So what I'm saying is, he is still the "chosen one" and he still has to fight voldemort and everything, but his parents are around for him to talk too.
Anyone think he would have a personality change?

Yeah for sure. If his parents were alive, then he could turn to them for advice and help. But there wouldn't be 'The Chosen One' unless James and Lily had died.

but they arent alive, so it doesnt matter.
>11 sarahy:
what the heck are you talking about? the ministry didnt deserve "the nice guy". he had good reasons to be angry and upset!!

well yes but in some of the books it seems no one liked him, so he could have acted like a nicer person, so maybe the public would have been on his side.

what do you mean by annoying? there wasnt even a ministry towards the end, it was taken over by death eaters.
