Is there a way to indicate that a volume contains different (3, in this case) titles? and can it be linked to the three separate books?
The work I'm talking about is De Antwerpse romans. From the current description there is no way of knowing that it actually contains three titles: Terugkeer naar Atlantis, De komst van Joachim Stiller en Een geur van sandelhout.

Not sure if you mean that this is a 3 in 1 work with 3 books instead of one cover or if it has three different titles.
Page down a couple of times on that page. There's options for Alternative titles.
You'll also see an option labeled work-to-work that allows you to assign relationships between works.

To add onto what @theapparatus said, you'd likely want to add a "contains" relationships. You'd go to De Antwerpse romans and add a relationship, searching for Terugkeer naar Atlantis. Then you'd set it so that it says
De Antwerpse romans
contains
Terugkeer naar Atlantis
and click Submit.
Repeat for the other works.
