I had this book when I was little in the '70's and it was hardcover. The bears want to have a picnic outside but its raining so they decide to build a (pretend?) rocket ship and they all have big bubble helmets on. I remember loving this book but don't remember the title. Thanks for any help!

My son loved these books when he was little - one of the bears had the same name as him.
