We're having BIG trouble with an Author separation / combination / aliasing, which is doing weird things.
For the most complete statement(s) of the problem, please see original Combiners! post(s):

Please advise of any questions, and how we can help. Thank you!

I will look into this, but it's going to the back of my author-bug list. I can't turn the reports there into bugs per se. I need clear cases of something going wrong, preferably repeatably.

There are already other bug reports about aliasing not working properly (showing books in both places).
I've also noticed that some author pages aren't showing all combined authors on the "names" page, and I'm pretty sure that's been reported too.
The Harry Hargreaves and Willem Jans Zwalve thing definitely seems like a bug.
This page http://www.librarything.com/author/hargreavesharry/ should take you to the author page for Harry Hargreaves. Instead, it takes you to the author page for Willem Jans Zwalve, though the URL is for hargreavesharry. There is no indication on the page you get, though, that these have been combined together, and no way to separate them out on the "names" page. It seems like the author number for one is somehow pointing to the author number for the other. The CK history on the page you get is for Zwalve.

There has been some aliasing happening with author/hargreaves -- perhaps that is connected.

Ok, I think I've seen this happening in a few other places: when primary authors are changed for works, it sometimes shows the previous primary author as the author name on the new primary author's page.

Sorry. The problem was a rather simple error. I fixed it first by using CK, but it also works now on recalculations.
