For the tea-drinking technophile on your Christmas list:

Amazon has it but is temporarily sold out. It also is at ModCloth and Greenfeet.

It should have an infusion timer and motorized arms so it can push itself up when it's done.

I'm sure the “Armed With Technology Tea Infuser 2.0" will have an infusion timer with an alarm. The "Armed With Technology Tea Infuser 3.0" will have motorized arms triggered by the infuser alarm to raise the tea out of the infusion.

Early adopters, of course, will end up buying all three, and trying to sell the outdated one on eBay.

Os.

In v4.0 the timer is programmable (most likely via bluetooth connection to a smartphone app) so that those who prefer super-weak or super-strong can adjust to preference...

>8 krishh:, 10 That is one cute penguin, but you sure pay a premium for that top hat.

I'm in love, that penguin is on my Christmas list. Closely followed by the robot.

A friend gave me the robot (and monkey) infusers as a gift. The holes are big and the volume of the infuser is small, so they don't work well for most of my loose tea, which either slips through the holes (if the pieces are small) or doesn't have enough room to expand (if the pieces are larger).
