pamelad - Yeah, I've kind of gotten addicted to spy thrillers and detective/crime novels. I'll read just about anything, but I seem to gravitate towards this stuff right now. Must be an age thing....:-)

You're moving right along! The problem, of course, is that while we remove the books from the TBR one at a time, we can add them in giant multitudes.

tess_i_am48 - just wait, I still have dozens more to add that I haven't got to yet. Not good, not good.......

Our 'problem' sounds much the same. I'm addicted to the used book section and to yard sales. Summers are the worst for me when it comes to adding books to my piles. I tried to separate what I have yet to read (hopeful!) in its own bookshelf but now the pile is growing around the shelf. I've got stacks on top and piles I both sides. Lucky for me, I will be done with school in 2 weeks so I really can dig it.
Good Luck!
Good Luck!

Also, sdwelch, you will have more time for yard sales and used book stores.

sdwelch - unfortunately, I'm about to add more books as I've discovered a big stack in the garage that I had forgotten about. I knew this was a possibility at some point...oh, well.

Hi Andy, just had a look at your TBR pile and i have 5 that are on there but my TBR pile is 1330, maybe i need to list them to shame myself to really start whittling them down.

Hi Andy, from your list i have read two of them and have eight to read, keep up with the subtractions mate.
