Something triggered a memory about a book I read a long time ago.
In the book there were some mechanical monkeys, one played a piano, I don't recall what the others did. I think there were two girls who were trying to solve a mystery about why each of the monkeys had a 'quirk': the monkey did something 'wrong' as part of their act. The monkey playing the piano played four wrong notes at the end of the music.
Any ideas?
