Main character realizes boyfriend is psychotic and breaks up with him. He then gets together with her sister or another close relative. Everyone around the loves him. He proceeds to ruin the live of this other girls and leaves her. Main character keeps tab on him and finds he has latched on to yet another girl, a medical student who works in a coffee house. Together they frame him and put him a prison.
