receiving wrong urls in user talk notifications via "Image flag on this image." procedure

Hi! At /profile/gangleri#comments I get notified

Image flag on this image. Image comments only appear on your own profile page and the image page itself.

Problem: The link /pic/250888 links to a non related picture from my member gallery.

Please confirm this bug by creating a testcase.

I must be slow today. How do I flag a gallery image?
