Hi! This might have been addressed in the past already.
Like any other LT object (title names, author names and other LTfields as in CK) limitations should use the same number of (UTF-8) characters not by octets. So languages in other scripts as Greek, Russian, Hebrew, Arabix, languages rith Inian scripts, Japanease etc. should have same chances at LT.
/topic/134680 "testcase003 - הארקאווי׳ס אמעריקאנישער בריעפענ־שטעלער. / Amerikan" is using a a "short" title.
Nevertheless the topics title should be:
"testcase003 - הארקאווי׳ס אמעריקאנישער בריעפענ־שטעלער. / Amerikanisher briefen- shteler"
