Just found out that Ray Bradbury passed away today, at the age of 91. Very sad.

This saddened me greatly when I read it earlier. He had an amazing literary impact on me as a preteen, helping to make me into a true reader. Now I'm wishing more than ever that I had a spare couple hundred dollars so I could buy the Easton Press signed edition of Fahrenheit 451...

That is so sad. I also read so many of his books as a teenager, instead of anything typically YA.
I remember that there was a bit of a media fuss late last year when Fahrenheit 451 was published as an e-book. Be right back fighting the tide by buying the Folio edition.

I re-read Farenheit 451 in the new Folio edition this year, and yes, was sad to hear of Bradbury's departing.
