Thriller/Romance, Female protagonist - police trainee, miami-dade, artist lives with her uncle behin

Protagonist is a police trainee, not finished the program, has to choose between being a cop and being a police artist. Sees an accident on side of road on her way to a weekend away - sketches it afterward - accident victim is an old friend. She lives with her uncle (Jake?) behind his bar at a public marina - bar is frequented by police. She has to speak to a cop moored at that marina (Nick?) to find out what's going on. There is something about obsession - she has some kind of stalker. A young woman is found dead and the protagonist is asked to sketch what she looked like before she was killed. Her uncle owns a bar at a marina, she lives there with him and his real-estate agent girlfriend.

I am pretty sure this is Picture Me Dead by Heather Graham. Jake and Ashley are the main characters. Hope this helps!
