In it there is this teenage couple. The guy is from a rich family and the girl is from a poorer family. The teacher hands out arm bands that the students wear to represent what social class they are from. Blue is for the rich i believe. The teacher rigs the game so that the rich kids know what it's like to be from a lower class. I read this book probably in the 90's.
