to chronicle something from proto history can be fun as well as a challenge ...love this group!!

Okay, I'll play. Just how does one chronicle things from before history? Unless you mean archaeological evidence. But otherwise?.. Mythology?.. Fairy tales?..
Proto history implies that there is no historical evidence. Otherwise it would have been history without the "proto". (Doesn't mean I say it's not so. How should I know?. Just - apparently - no historical evidence).
Hence, also no chonicles. Or what am I missing?

I don't know what the OP has in mind, but an example that fits the proposition might be tracking the movements of early human groups by genetic markers.

Oh. I get it. The thread title appears to be a self-published e-book available only on Amazon (Amazon Digital Services).

The touchstone wouldn't work for me at first because the actual title has a plural missing here:
The Chronicles of sapta Sindhu

yeah..thanks for the insight.....I think most of the historical writings are too modern...the ancient ancient history has been give a go by. For modern states(countries) it can be acceptable, but when we talk of ancient civilizations like India, we have a hunger for history, i mean real history...protp-type. Even the first book on history..'histories'... is a young book, being just 2500 yrs old!! As for chronicle...ah! the words have it! Am humble in accepting my mistake. I read this book by kala, in which he claims to use the terracotta evidence which his grandfather has written extensively about(The author mentions it in his page at Amazon). But loved your comment..and the glory of being accepted...love you and LT

Sorry for the oversight...please consider..

Not a major problem, akheel. I was just clarifying. No need to fix anything: anyone reading the thread will grasp it. It is a pleasure to hear your excitement about this book.

Yes, no worries. And I can certainly understand the desire to figure out pre-historic events.
