Paranormal Romance Half Female Vampire who fights other vampires?

I this this book is also a historical novel? This half female vampire wears pants even though it was a period novel. I think :). She is the leader of a group that fights other vampires? Her group doesn't know she is half vampire. I seem to remember a fight outside of a pub? This book is part of some vampire series, but I can't remember which. I do remember that out of the series she is the only female lead character/vampire. The rest are males.
