can't change language of stranded vs. current CK independently

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Be on the "issues" page of an author who has stranded Common Knowledge that needs rescuing in different languages (in this example, I'm on the English site and there is CK in English and German)
  2. In the "Current Common Knowledge" section at the bottom, click "German".
  3. Note that the Current CK section doesn't change (doesn't show you its German CK).
  4. Further note that the first Stranded CK section has been entirely replaced with the section belonging to Current German CK.
  5. Further note that same weirdness happens when using the language links of non-first Stranded CK sections.
Workaround is to access first section of Stranded German CK in one tab (its "German" link works as expected) and access Current German CK from the non-issues author page in another tab.
