I was very lucky to have met Linn online many years ago, and also in London, where we visited the Knitting and Stitching Show at Ally Pally together as well as the V&A. One of my fondest memories is of the time she visited us in Geneva. She gave a goldwork seminar, and we also visited the normal sights. Then she asked me to drive her to the Abegg-Stiftung near Bern. As always, seeing the textiles with her was a wonderful experience. And anytime I have been to a textile museum without her, part of my brain has been trying to think how I would describe what I am seeing to her.

I have known for some time that she was very ill, and now and again have searched Google for her obituary, hoping that I wouldn't find it. Today I did.

BTW, it was from Linn's blog that I learned about LT. One more thing she gave me.
