Ha, ha. Just anticipating some fun with Pro/Con paranoiacs. No need to respond, I have already imagined the entire conversation (and have read all the linked articles) and found it to be one of our best, yet.

Nobody likes new designs at first. When they become the old design, they're fine.

#2: that's my theory on modern architecture. Give it a century or two, I say, and then we'll get weepingly nostalgic over it.

#4: oh, yes - we'll be worshiping the Mega-centers as exemplars of the tarmacadian ideal. Or something.
