I can't remember the name of this book. It is about a girl whose nickname is Pixie. Her mother has spent too much money and so the family accountant went to the house where she was vacationing being cruel telling her she has no more money and that he is owned a lot of money. The man that was her guardian when she was a minor stepped in and made him leave. He had a twin sister and the twin sister decided they needed to make a list of husbands for Pixie that will be able to afford to pay the debt off so Pixie doesn't go to debtors prison. The former guardian is in love with her and is upset he didn't make it to the husbands list. Does this ring a bell with anyone? Need more info?

Do you know when you would have read it? Was it new or older?

I read it in the past year. I have no idea when it was published. It was on my Kindle, but it seems to have been deleted.

Chills (The Distinguished Rogues ~ Book 1) by Heather Boyd has a character named Pixie. From Amazon:
Jack, Marquess of Ettington, is at his wits end dealing with his twin sister's distress. Under her name, he's summoned Constance Grange, his vexing former ward, to London to act as his sister's companion for the season. Although Pixie's debt-ridden state comes as a complete surprise, what disturbs him more is his sister's plan to find her a wealthy husband to pay off her overwhelming debts. And--despite his availability, wealth and title--he's shocked to be overlooked for the position of Pixie's husband.
