I'm looking for a series of graphic novels which are either French or at least the protagonist and setting are French. The hero is a young woman who has (steampunk?) adventures. That's not much to go on, I know, but the main clue is that a film was made within the last 2 or 3 years based on the series. I think it was live action, but that's not 100%. It was also not a Hollywood film, but French or several European countries. I think the title of the film at least and maybe at least one of the books was something along the lines of "French Woman's Name and the Steampunky Thing" (so kind of a Harry Potter-esque pattern).
