Untitled events again. New problem or leftovers from the old one?

A couple of months ago, there was a rash of "Untitled event" listings showing up in local. After a few of us posted documentation of it, the problem was traced back to a publisher having changed something with a feed.
There's been a few blank events showing up again, and I just wanted to find out if they're just remnants, or if someone else futzed with something.
For the sake of documenting the new/remaining outbreak, here's a few that I saw:
-- Gagosian Gallery, event today at 5pm
-- Salon 94, event on December 1st at "00am"
-- NYU's Bobst Library, event on December 4th at 4pm
-- one of Columbia's libraries, event on December 4th at 5pm.

Not all our sources provide a time we can scrape accurately, so that may not be a big. Even so, link to some if you see them and I'll check.
Incidentally, that was "note to self."

Here's one: http://www.librarything.com/venue/83660/Crowne-Plaza-OHare-Hotel It says added from Random House, and it's pretty odd, because who schedules an author event on Thanksgiving?
The second Kevin Peraino event here: http://www.librarything.com/venue/1476/Abraham-Lincoln-Book-Shop is also missing a time. (This also looks odd, because it seems unlikely there'd be three events with the same author at the same location within just a few days of each other. (These also were all added by Random House)
Another oddity: I noticed a number of events listed for 2014 that I'm pretty sure were really duplicates of 2013 events. For instance, the Doris Kearns Goodwin event here: http://www.librarything.com/venue/5/Chicago-Public-Library-Harold-Washington-Lib... She actually spoke at the library on 11/21/13, two days ago.

Two at the 92nd Street Y, December 11th at 7:30 and 8.

Yeah, they seem to have figured out self-replication now, too. I keep finding blank events that are followed by an otherwise identical blank event a year later.
